Day 8…we did it! On our eighth day of our charity challenge, it was an early start at 5.45am to make our final trek from Lebouce to Base Camp Everest. After hiking for 8 – 10 hours a day for the past week, we were determined to reach our final destination.

On the seventh day of our trek to Base Camp, we embarked on the most challenging hike from Debouce to Lebouce. Breathing is becoming increasingly laboured as the air continues to thin. The journey however, was filled with more stunning views of the Himalayas and encounters with friendly locals and fellow hikers.
